Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Name and Purpose)
⓵ Counseling Psychological Counseling (hereinafter referred to as 'Counseling)' is a compound word of COUNSELING, COACHING, and TEACHING.
⓶ Counting is based on real-time chatting counseling for the convenience of users who need psychological counseling. However, the limitations of online counseling are limited to users who require face-to-face counseling. Offline counseling is also available.
⓷The purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate the duties, rights, responsibilities, and conditions of use of operators, counselors, users, and users of counseling specialized in psychological counseling.
Article 2 (Target)
The subject of these terms and conditions is the operator, counselor, users and users, and general members of Counseling.
Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

⓺General member: A person who agrees to these terms and conditions and uses general information and services provided by Counseling
⓻ID: A unique name for the terminal consisting of numbers or a combination of numbers and letters determined by the user and approved by the counting for the use of this counting
⓼Password: A number or a combination of numbers and letters determined by the user to certify that the user is a member that matches the ID approved by Counseling
⓽E-mail: Mail using the Internet and its address
⓾ Subscription: Acquiring the user's obligations, rights, and usage rights in accordance with the procedures set by Counseling
⑪ Cancellation (withdrawal): When the user cancels the contract of use of Counting
Article 4 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)
⓵ These terms and conditions apply to all users who use the Counseling solution.
⓶These Terms and Conditions take effect when the operator installs it on the Counching website (www.counching.com or below) and the user agrees to it.
⓷ Counting is not responsible for any damage caused by the user's failure to properly understand these terms and conditions.
⓸ Counting may change the terms and conditions as necessary, and if there is a reason for change, the reason and date of the change shall be announced on the website in advance and may be changed if there is no special objection within the public notice period.
⓹ Matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the telecommunications business laws, electronic commerce laws, consumer protection laws, and personal information protection laws.
Chapter 2 Consultation application and membership registration
Article 5 (Application for Counseling and Counseling)
⓵ Users apply for counseling according to the following procedure.

⓷ Counseling is based on a 50-minute consultation at a time.
⓸ Counseling fee is one-time basis, and preference is given to those who apply for continuous counseling.
Article 6 (Membership)
⓵ Membership registration is completed only for regular members by entering the consultation application form and agreeing to the terms and conditions.
⓶ Ordinary members sign up only through the authentication process without a separate sign-up process.
⓷ Enter the necessary information for membership registration, such as the consultation application form, so that personal information is not exposed as much as possible in order to protect personal information.
Chapter 3 Responsibilities and Rights of Users
Article 7 (Duties and Rights of Counseling)
⓵ Counseling is a platform that enables counselors and users to conduct consultations smoothly, providing necessary information and various functions.
⓶ Counting collects an appropriate management fee for all consultations conducted by counselor members using this solution.
⓷ Counting is returned after the user has paid the deposit, excluding the appropriate refund fee set by the Consumer Protection Act for consultations that are completed without progress. However, in this case, preferential treatment is not applied.
⓸ Counting is not responsible for any damages or problems caused by the user's negligence or for purposes other than counseling.
⓹ Counting may restrict the use of users who do not conform to the operating purpose of Counting and violate the terms and conditions.
Article 8 (Obligations and Rights of Users)
⓵ Users must agree to these terms and conditions and pay the counseling application and counseling fee set by Counseling to reserve and proceed with the counseling schedule.
⓶ The user shall not engage in any act that violates or pretends to be in violation of the purpose of the consulting operation and these Terms and Conditions.
⓷If the user commits an act in violation of Paragraph ⓶, he/she shall bear civil and criminal liability for all problems arising therefrom.
⓸Users should know that counselors are also subject to protection under 「Customer response protection measures in accordance with the Industrial Safety Act」.
Article 9 (Restrictions on Qualifications of Users)
If you agree to these terms and conditions and have paid the consultation application and consultation fee, Counting will approve the consultation application. However, the use may be restricted only to those who conflict with the following items.
⓵ If the information on the online application form is found to be false, omission, or erroneous
⓶ If it violates the Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information or is registered as a person with bad credit
⓷ If you are registered with the Information and Communication Commission as a poor credit information
⓸If you use the consulting solution for personal gain without prior permission
⓹ If the service cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to the
⓺ Counting will notify users through a separate method when the service is restricted under the conditions of the above clause.
Article 10 (Duties and Rights of Counselors)
⓵ Counselors in Counseling must submit verified and accredited academic backgrounds, qualifications, and experience certificates to Counseling and obtain approval from the operator. In this case, the submitted information can be used to introduce the counselor.
⓶ Counselors are obligated to pay taxes on their freelance activities and income.
⓷ Counselors conduct counseling only for users who have applied for and have been assigned by counseling.
⓸ Counselors may restrict counseling after notifying the operator and users of users who do not meet the purpose and purpose of the counseling operation.
⓹ Counselors are obligated to comply with the confidentiality of the information acquired during the counseling process and must not use them for other purposes or give disadvantages to users. This case applies even after the counseling is finished or after the counseling counselor's qualification is revoked.
⓺ Counselors must comply with the Code of Ethics of the Korean Counseling Psychology Association.
⓻Counselors are prohibited from conducting face-to-face counseling using private counseling. However, due to the limitations of online counseling, if face-to-face counseling is unavoidable, it is possible to apply and approve using counseling.
⓼ Counselors must not infringe the intellectual property rights of Counseling.
⓽ Counselors are responsible for disputes with users that arise during the counseling process.
⓾ Counselors are paid monthly, after deducting the amount set by the counselor, according to the counseling performance.
⑪ Taxes and public charges on the counseling fee paid are paid by the counselor.
⑫ If the counselor wishes to terminate the counseling counselor, he/she shall finish the ongoing counseling and, if it does not violate the restrictions of the relevant laws, submit a resignation application and withdraw from the website. If this is violated, the counselor is responsible for any problems that may arise.
Article 11 (Personal Information)
⓵ Users are responsible for their ID and password, and must not share or disclose them to a third party.
⓶ Users change their personal information immediately upon recognizing that their ID and password have been leaked and notify Counting.
⓷ Counseling may request the user to take necessary measures, such as information change, in order to protect the user's personal information and prevent illegal use, and the user must immediately respond to such a request from the counter.
⓸The user is responsible for any disadvantages caused by not fulfilling the obligations in ⓵~⓷.
⑤ Counting sets the personal information handling policy for details related to personal information protection, provides it to the user, and obtains consent.
⑥ Counting maintains the user's personal information thoroughly and does not use it for purposes other than counseling or share or provide it to other organizations or others. However, there are exceptions when there is a request for disclosure by an investigative agency pursuant to related laws, an official request from the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, or a request according to related laws and procedures.
⑦ Counting may entrust the user's information to a third party for thorough personal information management.
⑧ Counting does not take any responsibility for personal information exposed due to reasons attributable to the user.
⑨ If the counselor cancels his/her qualification, it requests that all user information and counseling information provided for counseling be submitted or discarded, and after confirming this, the cancellation is approved.
Chapter 4 Copyright Management
Article 12 (Registration of Posts)
⓵ Counting users can create and register posts within the scope set by the Counting operation and terms and conditions.
⓶ If a user's post is malicious or violates related laws such as the Information and Communications Network Act and copyright, the Counting operator may delete the post after notifying the publisher, and take action in accordance with the relevant laws.
Article 13 (Copyright)
⓵ All posts made on the Counting Solution are copyrighted works and are subject to copyright protection.
⓶ The copyright of the post posted by the user on Counting belongs to the publisher. However, counting can use the work free of charge.
⓷ If a non-counting user uses the posts of Counting, they must obtain prior consent.
⓸Notwithstanding the above provisions, the right to use the contents of the counseling written by the user during the counseling process and the copyrighted work posted by the user rest with the publisher and the publisher, and all data and information will not be used except for the purpose of consulting-related research, statistics and solution development
⓹ All users must not infringe on the intellectual property rights or personal rights of others in the course of the counseling operation. If this is violated, the user is responsible for the consequences.
⓺ If a user's posting falls under a third party's infringement of the rights of a third party and a legal problem arises, the responsibility lies with the user, and the user is also responsible for all costs incurred as a result. In this case, the post may be deleted by the operator at will.
Chapter 5 Disqualification and Dispute Mediation
Article 14 (Disqualification of User)
Counseling may restrict the use of or disqualify persons who fall under each of the following subparagraphs.
⓵ If the personally identifiable information submitted to Counseling is not true
⓶In the case of transferring or exposing one's ID and PW to a third party without the approval of Counting
⓷ In case of using another user's access right
⓸ In the case of collecting, storing, or transferring the work of counseling and other information acquired during the counseling process
⓹In case of making or posting illegal information, harmful information, advertisements, malicious comments, pranks, etc. during the counseling solution or counseling process
⓺ If you impersonate someone else
⓻If the user violates these terms and conditions agreed to by the user or acts that interfere with the operation of the counter
⓼In case of inducing or conducting face-to-face counseling between the counselor and the user without going through the normal procedure of counseling
⓽In the case of distributing viruses or hacking for the purpose of interfering with or destroying the normal operation of the counting solution
⓾ In case of violation of other accounting operation purpose and policy, these terms and conditions, or related laws
⑪ Before limiting or depriving the right to use according to the above items, Counting may take into account the circumstances by giving the user an opportunity to explain and if the reason is justified.
Article 15 (Immunity)
① Counseling is exempted from responsibility for consultations caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, but the scheduled consultations are postponed, postponed, canceled, refunded, etc., to minimize damage to users.
② The counselor or the user is responsible for any issues that arise due to reasons attributable to the user.
③Counting serves to provide a consulting platform to users. Therefore, unless there is a dispute between the counselor and the user, it cannot intervene, and there is no liability for compensation.
④ The user shall compensate for the loss of countering caused by the act that violates these terms and conditions.
Article 16 (Mediation and Resolution of Disputes)
① The countering operator and the user shall make a mutual effort to resolve any disputes that may arise during the consultation process in a responsible manner.
② If a case between the counselor and the employer needs to be judged by law, the competent legal institution shall be the administrative agency belonging to the counselor.

Article 1 (Effect of Terms and Conditions) These Terms and Conditions take effect from the time the Counseling Solution is opened.
Article 2 (Change of Terms and Conditions) These Terms and Conditions may be changed based on improved information if necessary for operation.
