 While serving lifelong secondary education and nurturing healthy and healthy youth, he majored in counseling to improve life guidance methods and secured expertise through specialized education and training in various counseling fields .
 For more than 20 years, he opened and directly operated family counseling and child guidance programs at home to foster desirable youth .
 Through the family therapy program for family discord , the delinquent youth and the school maladjustment program, I saw the change into desirable families and students, and realized the importance of counseling .
 After retirement, he volunteers as a counselor at the Goyang City Health Family Support Center and the Goyang City Multicultural Center , and secures professionalism by attending monthly counselor competency strengthening training .
